The focus of Sacred is the core of the body: pelvis, chest /and head.
The intent is to align these three body weights allowing energy to flow, creating core power, spinal flexibility and greater relaxation.

Get ready for empowering rhythmic drum beats, graceful melodies and tranquil sounds scapes, as together we’ll explore our Sacred centre.
